Which unit would you use to measure a book?
We know that 1 m = 100 cm. So, 5 m = 500 cm. Now change the distance covered by other friends to cm.
To convert metres to centimetres, multiply by 100.
Similarly, we can convert centimetres into metres by dividing by 100. Let us convert 335 cm into m.
We can also convert kilometres and metres.
A kilometre has 1000 m.
